Heather Kidwell, M. Ed.
Heather Kidwell received her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University. She is a highly trained elementary educator in the field of curriculum development and design. She has served as a Science and Language Arts Cadre Member as well as developed academic improvement plans for the Pflugerville Independent School District. Her expertise also includes designing, administering, and analyzing cross curriculum assessments. In 2009 she received her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction (magna cum laude) from Concordia University where she completed her thesis on brain development and gender differences. While at Concordia, she was a member of the students grant proposal team.
She is currently a member of the Junior League of Austin and volunteers at the Animal Trustees of Austin. She is married and lives in Austin with her husband and two daughters.
